Convenient location and worth the money kind of service

I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Tourist for 7 days during my recent business trip to Delhi. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient as it is only a 5-minute walk from the New Delhi railway station, making it easy for me to travel around the city. Despite being close to the railway station, the hotel is surprisingly calm and peaceful amidst the chaos of Paharganj.

My stay here was happy and peaceful. No noise and serene inside premises.staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel was good but location was bad.

We were booking a daytrip by bus to Agra at the travel agency located in the hotel lobby (Mr. Deepak) and the travel agency was cheating. 1. The bus did not bring us to the Taj Mahal (as promised) and we had to pay extra money to get there. 2. We were visiting some boring temples in the middle of nowhere and as an consequence we came back at 3.30 am instead of 0.30 am. They did not tell us that we were going to visit these temples before. 3. When we came back they did not drop us at the hotel as agreed upon. 4. They promised us to give us a compensation of 200 rupees, but the day after they remembered only 100 rupees.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the railway station in Delhi and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the three star facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance was commendable. The rooms were well-kept with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Lastly, the location was perfect. The hotel was conveniently situated in an alleyway, just a short walking distance from the railway station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city without any transportation hassles. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, staff, basic amenities, and breakfast.

All aspects were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's 24-hour checkout offer and the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of options such as South Indian, North Indian, and continental dishes. the hotel's location, just a minute away from the railway station, was very convenient for me. the hotel offered clean and well-maintained toilets, as well as amenities such as newspapers and shoe polish.

The surrounding market area was not very attractive and the hotel's landmark, a newspaper company, could be misleading.
